John Wagstaffe to John Padmore in trust for Mark Antonie -- messuage Sturtley End, Ravensden, late in the occupation of Richard Bull -- 3 closes in Ravensden and Round Hall, (22 acres) late in the occupation of Richard Bull and all timber and trees -- if Bushey Leys should be recovered from Mark Antonie within the next 7 years or if Mark Antonie shall be put to expense and damages defending his title John Padmore is to recompense Mark Antonie out of the rents and profits of the above property, John Wagstaffe to have rents and profits not applied to this purpose Witnesses: John Bridges, Richard Taylor.
