Scope and Content
To grandson John:- prop. in Wilden and Ravensden ,he paying £100 each to his brothers William, Richard, Robert, Thomas and Henry.
To daughter Mary Knight ,cottage and close in Goldington, for life; then to grandaughter Mary Drake.
To son John, 2 messuages in Bedford occupied by self and Isaac Harrodine, and all leasehold land called the Prebend land in St. Paul's parish ,occupied by self and William Theed, in trust to pay the rents and profits to son William for life; after his death John is to have the property unconditionally.
Monetary bequest to grandchildren Mary Drake, Elizabeth and Sophia Harrold, Charles, George, Hepziba and Thomas Michael Wagstaffe ,children of son John.
To daughter Mary the best featherbed.
Executor son John.

Codicil: to wife £10, 1 bed and any household goods she may require.
