Picture of Game: Bar placing (or Stick Laying). Wooden box with sliding lid, labelled “Bar placing. An amusing entertainment for children according to the principles of Fr Froebel. W. & S.B. No. 3031. Made in Germany”. The title is written also in French and German. Mackay written on label- this dates its use to 1895-1901.
