    Conveyed to Ireland to sell in order to pay debts: all corn, grain, goods and chattels of Poulter :- 4 horses and harnesses, 5 cows , 5 hogs and 2 pigs; 36 ewes, 36 lambs and 1 ram, all the wheat in the barn and upon a hovel all the barley in the barn, all the pease and oats in the barnes and upon a rick, all the hay in the barns and 2 cocks of hay; all the wheat upon the ground; 19acres of tilth for barley ploughing and dressing, 1 wagon 4 carts and wheels; 20 sacks, 1 screen all forks, seives; fanns and shovels; 3 doz. hurdles; 2 roles; 5 ploughs and all the tackle belonging to them, 5 harrows, all the cow racks and hogs' troughs; all crops growing and all other utensils. Demised to Hanscombe in trust for Ireland as security ;- Farm held of Ireland at rent of £80 Debts to be paid :- Rent not paid for 1 1/2 years has led Ireland to distrain. £56 due to Mr. William Goldsmith of Hitchin for 2 years interest on £560 on mortgage of copyhold [c.f. H/WS 154] £9 due to Mary Heald of Hitchin widow, for a year's interest on £180 on freehold mortgage £69-7-0 due to Mathew Hanscombe of Pirton, yeoman on bond; and interest £25 due to Thomas Simpkins of Shillington, Butcher, on bond; and money due to Simpkins for meat (not more than £5)
