Offence: Obtaining one pound weight of tobacco, one pound weight of biscuits and 6 ounce of lemon peel by false pretences. [1st charge]. Obtaining a pair of trousers, a pair of braces and a pound weight of biscuits. [2nd charge] Plea: Guilty Sentence: to be imprisoned at the House of Correction and kept at hard labour for 1 calendar month and on expiration to be sent to reformatory school for 4 years.
