Mr Green is right to say that Thomas Devereux is left me today being out of his time being 5 days over which he agreed to stay after everything delivered up to him and said that he was satisfied Mr Wideford and John Varney witnesses. Signed John Butcher, boot and shoemaker, Fenny Stratford. 10 June 1842 Memorandum that Mr Green has this day delivered to me the Indenture of Apprenticeship by which I was bound an apprentice to the within named John Butcher.
