"For the final ending of all manner of questions and differences which may arise or be between me and my brother, upon whom the lands which should have come to me were settled by my father"" and in consideration that Robert has granted to William -- House wherein he dwells; 2 1/2 acres in Broad Oak field, abutting the burne; 1 1/2 acres in the same; 2 1/2 acs. at Coldmead abutting Long close; 1/2 acre in Cracknell field abutting the High mead; a moiety of Yew close (5acres abutting the Beast's pasture; 1/2acre at Pressemeadesyde; 1 acre in Dungee field abutting Morehame; 1 acre in the Mayme, abutting the Mores; 1/2 acre on Dungey field abutting the church headland; 2 roads on Dungey field abutting the church headland and the Mores; Hemp close (1/2acre) William gives to Robert his right to the rest of the property.
