    I, George Dennis of Everton, Huntingdonshire, carpenter: ...bequeath unto my wife Anne all my cottage or tenement at Everton now in occupation John Stewart ...and 5½ acres arable land at Everton now in my own occupation and after her decease to my son Thomas Dennis the cottage and 4 acres land and then to my grandson George Dennis, son of Thomas Dennis the cottage and 4 acres on condition that George Dennis pays to my 2 granddaughters Anne and Mary (daughters of my son-in-law Gerard Sqiure) 40/- each on their reaching 21 years ...bequeath to daughter Mary Squire, wife of Gerard Squire 3 ½ acres arable land, residue of the 5 acres ½ acre at the Sallows, land of Walter Cary esquire, now in occupation Francis Merriweather on both sides ½ acre lying against Waddon Hill late in occupation Thomas Franklin on the N., and ½ acre of the said 4 acres S. ½ acre lying on the said fields at the Butts Item I give to my granddaughter Anne, daughter of John Dennis 1/- All the residue of my estate, goods and chattels to wife Anne, sole executor
