    To son Samuel Negus for life - 2 thatched cottages once stables in a yard at St Peter's Green, in the occupations of widow Gadsden and Ann Crutchley, with free passage over said yard; after death of Sam said premises to go to brothers, Ebenezer, Joseph and William Negus; - 4 freehold tenements in Wells Street, Bedford, in the occupations of William Kirby, Ann Hart, Robert Clark and Thomas Yates; - garden adjoining in the occupation of William Wiles, to go to Ebenezer; - 2 tenements in Wells Street in the occupations of Conquest Wilshere and - Lingo, to son Joseph for life and then to children. Otherwise to Ebenezer and William; *; - £10 to son Samuel. Also a silver table spoon marked MC and a small gold ring set with white stones; to son Ebenezer - £70 - Silver watch 'lately used by his father' - Silver table spoon marked SB - 2 silver tea spoons marked MB - Gold ring set with a large white stone between 2 red ones - Table cloth - Chest of wainscott drawers in the middle room up stairs 'in house I now dwell in' - A bedstead with green furniture with the feather bed thereon - A pair of blankets - 2 pairs of sheets - 2 pillows - 4 pillow cases - A purple and white bed quilt - A pier glass in a painted frame - A large coffer standing on legs; all in the room upstairs called the Further Room; to Elizabeth, wife of son Ebenezer - Brown silk gown lined with white silk - Yellow silk gown - Black quilted petticoat lined with grey stuff; to son Joseph - £5 - A silver table spoon marked IB - 2 silver tea spoons marked MB - A pair of silver buckles 'lately worn by his father' - 'The Gold Ring I wear' - A bedstead and furniture with the flock bed in the room upstairs called the first room - Pair of blankets - A 'coverlid' - 2 pairs of sheets - 2 pillows - 2 pillow cases - An oak coffer in the room called the further room - 2s a week from May to Sept and 3s a week from Sept to May, payable Saturdays; residue of estate to son William; son William and Theed Pearse appointed executors; to said Theed Pearse - 12 guineas for his trouble; will dated 15 Feb 1793; Proved (Bedford) 20 Apr 1795 * Marginal insertion - freehold house in St Peter's Green, now let out in lodgings etc - orchard behind the same; now in the occupation of William Earl; - 2 new built messuages in Luck's Lane otherwise Lucas Lane; to son William
