    Reciting various transactions in the property including will of Frank Usher, dated 9 Sept 1911. Property devised to Edward Sills in trust for sale. Income to be paid to wife, Alice Clara Usher for life and then capital to be divided between children - iii) and Margaret Usher who was 21 on 5 February 1932 and who married William Walters on 10 December 1931. v) are daughters of Alfred Ernest Anthony and are entitled to ¼ share of perpetual annuity created by William Skilleter and bequeathed to Susan Anthony and her children. On 31 December 1925 the real estate of William Skilleter still remaining unsold stood limited as to one moiety - to the trustees of the will of John Usher on trust for v) as tenants in common; as to other moiety - to trustees of will of Frank Usher on trust for Alice Clara Usher for life and subject thereto to iii) and Margaret Walters absolutely. Real estate is now vested in the Public Trustee. i), ii) and iii) being entitled to more than ½ said real estate are desirous of appointing vi) as trustees of the Statutory Trusts. Now i), ii) iii) and v) appoint with consent of mortgagee vi) to be trustee in place of the Public Trustee. Property as in schedule transferred to them to be held on trust for sale. Part 2 - enfranchised copyhold - piece arable in Park Field, Station Road, Blunham - 97, High Street, Blunham (house and bakery) with details as above Signatures of all. Various witnesses.
