    To dear wife, Eliza: - £50 as soon as possible after his death; - household furniture etc. To brother-in-law Joseph Usher, Blunham, and nephew, John Usher of Bedford, (son of William Bennett Usher): - residue of personal estate in trust to convert into money and to hold proceeds in trust for wife, and after her death, for themselves, as tenants in common; - all real estate also on trust (as above) subject to payment of annuities: -- £60 to niece Susan Anthony, widow, daughter of said W B Usher, for life and then to her children -- £30 to old and valued servant Christiana Maclaren, if in his service at his death and in service of wife, at her death, and whilst she remains unmarried -- £15 to cousin Ann Smith, wife of Thomas Smith of Bourne, Cambridgeshire, farmer and tailor, and £15 to cousin Lois Skilleter of Bourne, spinster, for their lives, with benefit of survivorship, so that annuity of £30 becomes payable to survivor -- £10 each to cousins: Thomas Skilleter, son of Robert, late of Great Gransden, Huntingdonshire, deceased; Ann Titmas, Girtford, Sandy, widow; Samuel Squires, senior, Great Barford, labourer; Mary Cooper, Sandy, widow; Eliza Skilleter, Sandy, spinster, sister of above Mary Cooper; Elizabeth Cooper, Hatch, Northill, another sister of said Mary Cooper; Ann Buckle, wife of Benjamin Buckle, plumber; Samuel Careless, brother of said Ann Buckle. Is earnest wish that real estate shall not be sold. Said John Usher and Joseph Usher appointed executors.
