(as has been found by the escheator), in part satisfaction of the £20 p.a. which Newnham has licence to acquire; and of 18.5 acres in Bedford, 1 messuage, 60 acres land, 3 acres meadow, 4 acres pasture and 3 acres wood in the said villages.
