To wife Ann Taylor, for life - Farmhouse etc - Enclosed ground adjoining in Thurleigh, in the occupation of Thomas Hatton; After death of wife, same to go to sister, Mary Taylor; said lands etc to be discharged, both during life of wife and afterwards from payment of any sums for which said premises are, or shall be, mortgaged; To mother Sarah Taylor, widow - Lands in common fields of Houghton Conquest (12 acres), in the occupation of Thomas Clerk, senior, after her death, to go to sister, Mary Taylor; To sister, Mary Taylor - Farm etc in Great Barford, in the occupation of Roger Harris, in trust for sale to pay off mortgages; To wife, Ann - Residue of goods and personal estate; Wife appointed sole exectutrix; Will made 11 Mar 1739; Probate (Bedford) 17 Aug 1742
