John Rush (age 19) and Thomas Woodland (age 21) charged with assaulting George Toms at Husborne Crawley on 5 September and stealing 2 half crowns and a linen purse 3 & 4. Ann Tinsley (age 20) and Samuel Sharman (age 21) charged wtih administering a deadly poison (sulphate of copper) to Ephraim Cook at Ravensden on 30 August with intent to murder 5. William Chappell (age 19) charged with stabbing and wounding James Markham at Dunstable on 24 September with intent to do him grievous bodily harm 6. Philip Ashwell (age 37) charged with riotiously assembling at Ampthill on 14 May with 100 others 7. John Ecott (age 24) charged with breaking and entering the house of Joseph King at Hawnes on 7 October and stealing a quantity of pork 8 & 9. Thomas Garner (age 30) and John Summerfield (age 23) charged wtih setting fire on 24 October to stables and barns and stacks of corn and grain belonging to William Purser at Cople
