To wife the manor of Sharnbrook and all messuages and lands; after her death to nephew John Aspin son of brother Thomas; if default of his issue to William Aspin, son of Thomas, or Harvey Aspin, son of brother Edward Aspin. To wife free use of a house at Sharnbrook, with all furniture etc.; after her death to nephew John. To nephew's John and Harvey Aspin, South Sea Company stock, ready money to pay debts, funeral expenses etc.; remainder to wife. Executors: John and Harvey Aspin. Witnesses: J. Raby, William Aspin, Daniel Cowper.
