-- farmhouse and orchard (2acres); the Houseclose (6acres) abutting east Garner lane; Redhill close (7 acres), abutting west ground of Thomas Money, with a grove of wood adjoining abutting east wood and lands late of John Vaux esq.; Over Stockings and Nether Stockings closes (21 acres) abutting north a common lane, west land of Thomas Money called Mowcocks, all which lands are in Kempston, late occupied by Nicholas Collins and Henry Amps and purchased by Thomas Yarway 5 December 1656.
