Recites I a Fine, Hilary term, 1634: Richard Barnard and wife Dorothy since deceased and Thomas Bearte.
II Agreement, 12 April 1634. A dispute arose, which was referred to Sir Richard Hutton and Sir Francis Crawley, knights and Justices of the peace, who ordered the property to be conveyed to Richard Bernard.
