All pages are headed “Laus Deo”; ff.1-11 also Bombay, ff.12-90 Surat. Not very informative. Many of the names given earlier recur; subject headings: stock, cash, plate, respondentia lent, house expenses, salary and diet money; but no details. Commodities mentioned (11d, long pepper; 12d, cotton; 35d, cochineal; 36d, coconuts; 40d, gum arabic; 50d, vermillion. Ships occasionally: (e.g. 15d, ship Grey bound to Juddah; Syren, man-of-war, and Swallow, ketch; Futee Salam to Mocha; on the Triton Snow to Bussorah in company with Robert Hunt; “gulph of Persia”; 48d Venetians mentioned. It seems that Pym usually traded with others in 1/2, 1/3 or 1/6 shares
