Robert Hele Selby Hele agreed to sell to George Chalmer of Westcombe House, Somerset, esquire, several estates in Bolnhurst and Colmworth including said undivided third part messuages, lands etc comprised in foregoing, also the undivided part in the Manor of Bolnhurst with appurtenances and the intirety of the several messuages, lands, etc, discharged of land tax (except about 300 acres) and free of all incumbrances except said Mortgage and subject to payment of the £3070 15s and interest have been apportioned and sold for £70,560.

George Chalmer contracted to sell to Francis Johnson and Ambrose Charles at the same price.
Ambrose Charles agreed to become sole purchaser.
