Conveyance (Lease and Release), £4400, Covenant to levy a Fine: Samuel Wyatt of Burton-upon-Trent, Stafford, gentleman [as in BS 1818]; Robert Hele Selby Hele of Cherry Orchard, Bedford, clerk. His [Samuel Wyatt's] third share in the Manor of Bolnhurst with rents, tithes etc and all appurtenances belonging thereto, purchased by him jointly with Jacob Turner and John Caldecote; also the messuage and lands constituting his third share in the messuage and lands jointly purchased therewith. As in BS 1820.
