    No admission has been made on above surrender [LS746]. Said sums of £700 and £1445 12s 10d 3% Consols still remain owing. It has been agreed that whole of the late W B Usher's estate shall become property of iii) at price to be determined by valuation. Said valuation has been made and property valued at £3690. It Is agreed that £2000 of this sum shall be paid to iv) to pay off his mortgage. iii) proposes to pay to i) as Trustees £1690, and will indemnify them, and ii), against said Mortgage debt. £1845 of total sum shall be considered purchase price of freehold property, and £1845 of copyhold, for Stamp Act purposes. Now in consideration of said £1690 paid by iii) to i), i) convey to v) property in 1st and 2nd schedules (piece of land in 2nd schedule having been by mistake described in the 4th schedule, in the mortgage deed) to hold to use of iii). iii) was married to his present wife on 1 January 1834. i) agree to surrender at next Manor Court copyhold property in 3rd and 4th schedules. 1st Schedule: property as described in mortgage [LS744] 2nd schedule: freehold ground containing 1 acre 3 roods 39 poles [mortgage, LS744, says 1a 3r 29p] 3rd Schedule: property as in mortgage [LS 744] 4th Schedule: copyhold ground containing 1 acre 3 roods 29 poles [mortgage, LS744, says 1a 3r 39p] Signatures i) - iv).
