Surrender: (i) Isabella Churchill of Town and county of Nottingham, Smith Churchill of Sheepshead, Leicestershire, hosier (respectively widow and eldest son of Smith Churchill, late of Sheepshead, esquire, deceased, joint administrators of the will of the late Joseph Churchill, formerly of Northampton, esquire, deceased, and also the two executors named in the will of the last mentioned Smith, who was the only son of the said Joseph Churchill) (ii) Jacob Turner, John Caldecott, Samuel Wyatt, John Harvey (trustee for Samuel Wyatt) as in BS 1820 (iii) Joseph Hall of Northamptonshire, cordwainer, Joseph Milton of Northamptonshire, farmer, executors of Thomas Trinder.     Recites: BS 1818 and as therein recited (A - E, G); BS 1819-1820 and as therein recited; That Joseph Churchill died, leaving as sole executor and residual legatee his son Smith, who died without having proved the will of his father leaving as his joint executors his widow the said Isabella and Smith their son, as named in his will dated 12 March 1802; That Isabella and Smith as in (i) having duly proved the will of Joseph are entitled to receive all the monies due on the said mortgage; That the principal sums of £1850 and £1350 have been paid respectively to Smith Churchill, deceased, and to Isabella Churchill and Smith Churchill by Jacob Turner, John Caldecott, Samuel Wyatt and John Harvey (trustee for Samuel Wyatt), with interest due, leaving now to be paid the sum of £400. Property as recited in BS 1818. With intent that the residue of the Term of 2000 years may be fully merged in the Freehold and Inheritance: Isabella Churchill and Smith Churchill surrender to Jacob Turner, John Caldecott, Samuel Wyatt and John Harvey (trustee for Samuel Wyatt) the residue of the Term, in Trust to attend the Inheritance; Joseph Hall and Joseph Milton assign to Thomas Benn for a term of 200 years in Trust for Jacob Turner and others to attend the Inheritance; Jacob Turner surrenders to Joseph Caldecote and Samuel Wyatt the Manor and messuage etc with all appurtenances which by indenture recited are subject to the term of 500 years by way of indemnity to him.
