manors and lands, to use of great nephew, Tracey Paunceforte:
and fee-farm rents in Northumberland to the use of great nephew Edward Paunceforte;
they are also to buy an estate of £100 per annum and convey “to the Corporation of the Sons of the Clergy” in order to pay pensions to 8 ministers’ widows, and to support 10 servitors at Christ Church, Oxford, such as are most suitable for holy orders. (Further charitable bequests)
