John Foster has agreed with iii) to sell him both freehold property (the subject of the mortgage) and copyhold (which he has surrendered to the use of iii)) at price of £1250. Now in consideration of £612 paid to ii), and £638 paid to John Foster, John Foster releases to iii): - farmhouse in Blunham, pightle adjoining - 5 acres 19 poles meadow ground once part of a common called Finhams Common, west or north west public road, north east river, south east (part) Lady Lucas, south east (remainder) Lady Lucas (old enclosure), south George Fisher - 4 acres 1 rood 38 poles in Middle Field in Blunham, north Susanna Campbell, widow (copyhold), east Susanna Campbell, widow (old enclosure), south and west John Foster (copyhold). (Last 2 pieces of ground were allotted by Enclosure Commissioners to John Foster in lieu of his freehold and rights of common in said parish.) - 5 roods land in common field called the Downes in Everton All which said granted and released premises (with copyhold property) are in the occupation of John Wilsher. To bar dower and thirds of Elizabeth, wife of John Foster, i) covenant to levy fine; also ii) surrenders to iii) property as in mortgage [LS 720], term of 1000 years, to intent that remainder of said term may be merged and extinguished in the inheritance thereof.
