Devises to Richard Prentis, son, messuage, and land in Stanbridge, occupied by Thomas Carter; 3 roods in Street mead, Westlongdole furlong, and 2 hides of swerdland in Naldwick field, and Haidon furlong; provided he pays Elizabeth, his mother, £10 per year, for the rest of her life; if default is made, property and land to Elizabeth. To Richard also, land in Mill field, England furlong, Paddockend, and Stanbridge mead, provided he pays Frances Stapp, daughter, wife of Thomas Stapp, of Northall, Buckinghamshire, £3 per year, for the rest of her life, beginning from the death of Elizabeth. If default, land to Frances. To Thomas Prentis, son, £10, which John Prentis, a kinsman, perfumer, of London, owes to testator. To poor of Eaton Bray, 5/-. To poor of Stanbridge, 5/-.
