To George Pearse of Mentmore (county of Buckinghamshire), esquire, £1000 to purchase an estate in trust for Mary. To Mary, Elizabeth & Sarah (daughters of cousin Abraham Perrin of Clophill), £40, £30 & £30 respectively. To Elizabeth Pattermaster of Cranfield (widow of Matthew Pattermaster of Cranfield, dairyman), 2s.6d. a week for life. All these last legacies charged on his Marston property in the occupation of George Monk. To niece, Elizabeth Allen, £30. To said Abraham Perrin & wife Mary, £16 for mourning.
