In default of issue of Sarah Perrin to James, Abraham, William, Thomas & Mary (sons & daughters of James & Elizabeth Stapleton of Maulden, deceased), to be equally divided. To said Sarah Perrin, farm at Leaburn (county of Buckinghamshire) & farm at Brafield (county of Northamptonshire).
