    To cousin Sarah Perrin of Cranfield, Wroxhill Farm & Sexhill Closes in the occupation of James Hallworth, farm at Wood End in the occupation of Thomas Turney, Longcroft & Newbold Closes in the occupation of John Ward, & Longcroft Spinney, all in parish of Marston Moretaine, charged with annuities of £15 to John Odell of Cranfield, labourer, "who works with me" (& £10 after his death to daughter Feanker Odell), & £40 to cousin Mary Perrin of Cranfield. In default of issue of Sarah Perrin to James, Abraham, William, Thomas & Mary (sons & daughters of James & Elizabeth Stapleton of Maulden, deceased), to be equally divided. To said Sarah Perrin, farm at Leaburn (county of Buckinghamshire) & farm at Brafield (county of Northamptonshire). To James & Abraham Stapleton. equally, property at Shillington & Arlesey [no details] in the occupation of John Bonus, Edward Wilson, Edward Squire & John Wright, & at Pirton (county of Hertfordshire). To said William Stapleton, such part of farm at Cranfield. in the occupation of John Ward as was purchased of Thomas Vaux, esquire, 2 Gossards Green Closes adjoining Gossards Green in the occupation of James Thickpenny, Pincords Close in the occupation of Edward Pincord (late George Osborne), Hooks Closes in the occupation of Widow Cripps, a butcher's shop in the occupation of said.Edward Pincord, a cottage late in the occupation of Henry Whorley, now of Andrew Parkes; all in Cranfield. To said Thomas Stapleton, farm called Kents Grove at Cranfield in the occupation of Thomas Wood, & part of lands in the occupation of James Thickpenny in Open Fields [no details]. To said Mary Stapleton, closes at East End in the occupation of William Buckle, closes at East End in the occupation of James Thickpenny called "his old Bargain" (formerly of Thomas & George Baker, deceased), & closes in the occupation of John Osborn, all in Cranfield, & 3 Hunger Hill Closes in Marston in the occupation of Thickpenny & Osborn, & 2 closes in Wootton in the occupation of Thomas Brown.
