Joanna Emerton, widow, of Husborne Crawley, Bedfordshire.
Devises to granddaughter Ann Goodman, messuage and lands in. Husborne Crawley.
To granddaughter Elizabeth Goodman, legacy of £400, upon attainment of age of 21. In default of this to be divided equally between sisters Ann and Mary, wife of Richard Wilmer, inn - holder of Broughton, Buckinghamshire.
To George Pitt Hurst, gentleman, of Newport Pagnall £200, to be invested; interest to go to Mary Wilmer; after her death to her children at age of 21; if no issue, £200 to Ann and Elizabeth interest for upbringing of children during minorities.
