All his property, real and personal, to his executors subject on trust to annuities (specified): - to his sister Ann Bate, then to her son Harry, and his eldest son; - to his sister Harriet de Belloy, then to her son and his children; - to his Nephew Henry Catsford Bate and his son; - and to his servant Betty Wright who may leave it to whom she chooses. To Betty Wright his clothes, linen, household furniture and property that is in the house.
