Monetary bequests to granddaughters Mary, Elizabeth, Sarah & Eleanor, daughters of son Thomas In trust, to be sold after son Robert's death for his children farmhouse in Carlton bt. of John Coston esq. with Home Closes and old inclosures and new allotments called Hook End and Church fields. To son George, farmhouse in Sherrington; to son William another ditto; to daughter Mary Bull widow a messuage ditto; to daughter Elizabeth wife of John Field a messuage ditto; to daughter Sophia 2 cottages in Carlton opposite Fox public house. In trust to be sold for provide monetary bequests, especially to children of daughter Ann Barron, premises at Rowell, Northamptonshire, and premises at Turvey purchased of late Richard Gee's trustees.
