    (i) Receiver appointed by Court of Chancery, of arrears of rents due on farm late of John Fincham, esquire; in Chawston & Colesden in parish of Roxton; (ii) William Newham senior; of Chawston, yeoman; (iii) Edward Emery of Wyboston in Eaton Socon, yeoman. The wheat & rye in the new great barn & the little barn, the oats & beans in the old great barn, all in the Home Yard, & the pease and tares in the wheat house behind the new great barn, the barley, wheat, pease and grain in the great barn in Mr.Fincham's Yard, & part of a haycock in Pound Close; 1 waggon, 2 carts, 9 cows, 6 horses, 61 sheep & 20 lambs; being the goods of William Newham distrained.
