To eldest son John house at Bedford wherein testator dwells;
estate at Carlton bought of -- ? Bond, apothecary at Pavenham;
land exchanged with Mr. Henley of Olney; subject to payment of £200 to Gideon;
also lands in Wilstead, Haynes and Cardington except those above-mentioned.
To brother Thomas, cousin Mrs Maes, cousin Mrs Phillips and her daughter, sister Martha Gander, sister Jane Wilsher,
the 2 sons of cousin Mrs Maes, cousin Costin, cousin Costin of Godmanchester, his brother Costin of Kimbolton, daughter of widow Costin of Bedford, and Mrs Lavender, small bequests of money.
