- Scope and ContentDetails given: - Messuage or farmhouse with appurtenances in Totternhoe with orchard etc, called Inlands or Englands, and several pieces of arable ley meadow and pasture, dispersed in fields of Totternhoe and Eaton Bray (600 acres), all in the occupation of Joseph Whonnett; and all other lands held by Isabella Brandreth in fee simple. To Isabella for life, then to Thomas for life, then to children of marriage. - Estate in Marston Moretaine held in fee simple by Thomas Baskerfield; Thomas is free to dispose of any part of this for the sake of his business and Isabella will claim no dower therein so as to prejudice the sale thereof or of any other real estate of which he is possessed in fee at present date. - Personal estate of Thomas Baskerfield. On his death to Isabella for life, if there is surviving issue of the marriage or issue thereof, otherwise to her absolutely.
