A cottage in Norwood End, late in the occupation of John Barrett, since of John Simms, & now of William Boddington, called by the sign of "The Cleaver"; a homestall close containing: 3 roods; another cottage in same place, in the occupation of John Green; & a close containing 2 acres between the land of William King, & abutting South on the highway. Witnesses: Griffith, Morgan & Thomas Malpas.
