To wife Elizabeth for life: Annuity of £9, sufficient goods to furnish 1 room, 6acres in Carlton Field purchased of Gideon Fisher gentleman (and after her death to brother William, executor); 2 loads of firewood; 4 stone of good new milk cheese; 4 bushels of wheat; also desires that she shall live rent-free in cottage where testator now dwells and which at death comes to brother William. To nephew John Wharton £10; to sister Marian's son £10; to niece Ann Harrison £2; to servant Sarah Pye £3; to Mr. George Vaughan 10s. for a ring; George Vaughan and Thomas Boddington senior are to be trustees.
