(i) John Waller of 6 Albert Cottages, Lower Edmonton [Middlesex], plumber; Charles Riddle of Ampthill, stationer, late a schoolmaster;
(ii) John Dowdeswell of Maulden, farmer
Reciting:
- X979/1/19;
- will of Thomas Coats Waller of 28 December 1874 appointing his wife Sophia, his son John Waller and friend Charles Riddle as his executors and trustees and devised and bequeathed to them as trustees all real and personal estate;
- death of Thomas Coats Waller on 12 June 1880;
- proof of the will of Thomas Coats Waller in Northampton DPR on 12 July 1880;
- death of Sophia Waller on 2 May 1896;
- £300 was owing to Thomas Coats Waller but all interest had been paid
