- the death of John Abbot in March 1791;
- proof of his will on 7 May 1791;
- the deaths of Mary and Charlotte Abbot in the lifetime of their mother Judith, unmarried and intestate;
- the death of Judith Abbot in March 1811;
- the residue of John Abbot’s estate had been valued by Robert Furze of Ampthill, appraiser and auctioneer, Henry Whitbread of Silsoe, yeoman and Robert Arnold of Ampthill, yeoman at £600 for the real estate and £772/12/6 for the personal estate;
- Jonathan Abbot was entitled to £309/1/- under the will of John Abbot deceased being two fifths of his personal estate and £240 being two fifths of his real estate;
- Jonathan Abbot had received £240 from his brother John as endorsed upon X979/1/4

- Jonathan Abbot acknowledged receipt of £309/1/- as his share of his father’s personal estate from John Abbot and released John Abbot from Jonathan Abbot’s share of the personal estate of John Abbot, deceased
