Also recites death of Nathaniel Polhill, 19 April 1802, intestate, property passed to John Polhill. Also allotments made under the Enclosure Award. Also property devised by John to son Thomas, and death of John in September 1828. Also death of Thomas, intestate and unmarried, leaving Frederick, his brother, as heir. Also Frederick wishes to bar all adverse rights etc.
