Offence: did falsely represent himself and pretend to Thomas Hines, a person employed to recruit soldiers, in that he did not have a disability or disorder which impeded the free use of his limbs or incapacitated him from ordinary labour. Therein he accepted the enlistment money of a shilling from Thomas Hines. Plea: Guilty
