(i) Charles Marshall of Stanmore, Middlesex, eldest son of Joseph Marshall, late of Aldersgate Street, cordwainer, eldest son of Thomas Marshall (see GA267). (ii) William Toms of St. Marys carpenter, and wife Mary, only child of Jonathan Ward, formerly of Woburn Abbey, but last of the Charterhouse, yeoman. Property as in GA271 (two cottages in Mill Lane, Woburn); the payments now owing on the mortgage being greater than the value of the property. Witnesses: Jeremiah Fish Palmer, John Toyer.
