George Chamberlain - committed for want of sureties - no prosecution, discharged 12. Josiah Brown; 13. Thomas Westley - simple larceny - no prosecution, discharged 11. Samuel Woods - simple larceny - no bill, discharged 8. Samuel Burrows - breaking and stealing from the curtilage after previous conviction - acquitted 16.
