to cousin John Sutton, son of John Sutton of Sandy,
a farmhouse in Sandy wherein testator dwells, with buildings and timber trees in long hovel;
another farmhouse wherein John Sutton dwells, with lands belonging “to the former lease and farmhouse and to the latter farmhouse” for residue of term;
residue of leased lands in Sandy;
cottage in occupation Widow Christmas with1 acre adjoining;
to goddaughter Elizabeth, daughter of John Sutton senior, a messuage in Sandy wherein John Huckle dwelt; also 8 acres in Sandy thereto belonging; and residue of freehold land in Sandy; also £100 at age 18 out of bequest to brother;
to poor of Sandy £10 to remain a stock “the use thereof coming yearly”;
to brother James cottage in occupation George Cartwright for residue of term, and £5 per annum out of lease lands;
to kinsman Edward Sutton £10;
to kinswoman Susan Spring, widow, £10, and to her eldest son John £5 at age 10;
