In pursuance whereof, £1000 and £3500 as follows: to daughters Frances Sharpe, widow, and Elizabeth, wife of Reverend Richard Palmer, £500 each; to Richard Booth, Richard Neave and Thomas Neave and to son Sir John Payne, baronet, and Peter Payne, esquire, £3500 on trust to pay interest to daughter Susan Keane for life, then to her children (provisions if default of heirs).
