    reciting lease and release of 20 and 21 February 1832 [apparently as ST1683-1684] By his will dated 31 March 1842 the Rev H Y Smythies devised to William Brewster, Northfield, near Maidenhead,Berks, Esq, and said Edward Greene, and his son said H R Smythies, all his freehold and copyhold property in trust for sale. He died on 20 June 1842. Will proved (PCC) on 15 July 1842 William Brewster died on 3 December 1845 and was buried at Cookham, Berks Now in consideration of £1000 paid to i) by ii) i) releases to ii) - said messuage etc late in occupation of Mrs Wade to use of ii) or to iii) in trust for ii) and to prevent any wife of ii) being entitled to dower Signatures of i) and ii) Endorsed receipt Witnesses William Greene, Bury St Edmunds, Josh Bagster, solicitor, Sixlane, Charles Tearey, his clerk
