i) has agreed to sell said premises to ii) for £1200 subject to a lease for 7 years from 5 July 1826 at yearly rent of £65
Now in consideration of £1200 paid by ii) to i)
i) releases to ii), in his actual possession by virtue of a lease for a year dated the previous day
- messuage with wash house, stable and outhouses belonging and gardens at front and back lying at a place now called the Crescent (formerly part of Hill Close) in parish of St Paul's, Bedford.
