Details given: Recites Will of George Keynsham, 25 January 1591, bequeathing 2 out of 3 parts of his manor of Crandon to Elizabeth and Joan, daughters of his deceased son Stephen. Before making his will, he granted to Stephen and wife Ann an annuity of £40 out of the manor of Crandon and the manor of Hardwick, Norfolk. By George's will also bequeathed to Ann Hughse 2 parts of all his real estate, except Crandon, in trust for Elizabeth and Joan, Ann keeping £300 per annum. Also to Elizabeth and Joan £300 each. After George's death Elizabeth married Francis Gill of Tempsford, esquire, and Ann undertook the payment of the legacies.
