    Details given: Recites Will of George Keynsham, 25 January 1591, bequeathing 2 out of 3 parts of his manor of Crandon to Elizabeth and Joan, daughters of his deceased son Stephen. Before making his will, he granted to Stephen and wife Ann an annuity of £40 out of the manor of Crandon and the manor of Hardwick, Norfolk. By George's will also bequeathed to Ann Hughse 2 parts of all his real estate, except Crandon, in trust for Elizabeth and Joan, Ann keeping £300 per annum. Also to Elizabeth and Joan £300 each. After George's death Elizabeth married Francis Gill of Tempsford, esquire, and Ann undertook the payment of the legacies. She has become bound with her friends in 'very great sums of money' to Francis Gill. - William Margetts of Rushden, yeoman, Thomas Margetts of Holme, Biggleswade, yeoman, Robert Margetts of Rushden, yeoman, by a Bond, 28 November 1594, stand bound to William Hughse late of Higham Ferrars, Northamptonshire, esquire (deceased) and wife Anne for payment of £105. - Henry Croke of Higham Ferrars, yeoman, 3 October 1600 to Anne Hughse for payment of £8 5s 10d. - Robert Margetts of Rushden, gentleman, 1 October 1600, to Anne Hughse for payment of £17 10s. - Thomas Margetts of Rushden yeoman, 1 October 1600, to Anne Hughse for payment of £13. - John Lee party hereto, 1 May 1601, for payment of £44. - Edward Dudley senior of Clapton, Northamptonshire, esquire, and Thomas Dudley of Clapton, son of Edward, 7 June 1601, for £100. - Robert Margetts of Rushden, 17 July 1601.
