(son & heir of John Warner of Wilshamstead, deceased), & wife Joanna, & George Favell of Wilshamstead, carpenter, & wife Elizabeth; (ii) William Osmond of Wilshamstead, yeoman; (iii) Humphrey Osmond of Great Barford, gentleman; (iv) George Warner of Wilshamstead, gentleman; & (v) William Beech of Wilshamstead, yeoman (A) 14½ acres in the open fields of Wilshamstead, in the occupation of Robert Church & John Cartwright (as in Deed Poll, 1659), & 2 acres in the occupation of William Osmond. (C) A messuage in Little Northend Close (1 acre) in Wilshamstead, and Great Northend Close (4¼ ac.) in Wilshamstead, and 21 acres of arable dispersed in common Fields of Wilshamstead & Houghton Conquest; in the occupation of George Warner (purchased of John Warner, his father, deceased) (D) 5 acres of arable in Common Fields of Wilshamstead, in the occupation of William Beech (no details).
