To nieces Frances Mary Eagles, Ellen Eagles, Constance Eagles, and Ada Willis Eagles - £25 each free of legacy duty ... to nephew The Reverend Charles Edward Eagles - mahogany framed pier glass, silver teapot, 4 silver salt cellars, and portraits of mother, brother Ezra Eagles, brother, Edward Eagles, and of herself ... to Sister Alice (Alice Margaret Power) - books, wearing apparel and other personal effects ... to Bishop of Diocese in which Ely Deaconess Home and Orphanage at Bedford, is situated - (in memory of brother Ezra Eagles) all debenture stock in Ontario and Quebec Railway Company in trust for the benefit of said Home and Orphanage ... to said Bishop for benefit of said Home and Orphanage - all household furniture, goods etc as shall be about said Home at time of her decease ... to trustees all real estate and residue of personal estate on trust, after payment of debts etc, to pay income to said Sister Alice `in memory of our long term of mutual work' and after her decease to be conveyed to the Bishop on same trusts as for said Railway stock witnesses E Nelson Tebbs, solicitor, Bedford Percy T Read, clerk to Messrs Tebbs and Sons will dated 1 August 1906 will proved 25 May 1907
