Deed of Partition: (i) Henry Wyllymot of Barford, husbandman, and wife Elizabeth, daughter of Thomas Grenleff of Blunham, husbandman, deceased (ii) Richard Henson of Tempsford, husbandman, and wife Alice, sister of Elizabeth. Recites Will of Thomas Grenleff, deceased, 24 November 1597, giving land he bought on Everton syde and Sandy to daughters Elizabeth and Alice, paying thereout yearly to his son Lawrence 40 shillings per annum for life. Henry and Elizabeth convey to Richard and Alice: 10 acres 3 roods [see BS 1292]. Richard and Alice to Henry and Elizabeth: 11 acres [see BS 1291]. No witnesses. Seal: one on tag
