1) Prison has been visited regularly and the same good management and discipline continue to be observed. 2) They have entered into a contract with the Justices of the County of Middlesex for the reception of 100 convicts from Cold Bath Fields Prison. 3) In consequence of this arrangement it has become necessary to increase the staff of the prison by the appointment of two additional warders and the Visiting Justices have accordingly appointed Richard Cookson and Joel Toll. 4) Paving in the exercise yard needs repair. 5) not purchasing the drying apparatus from Bedford Asylum.
